SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL REGULATIONS - REGULATION 8A
Arrival report
When a vessel arrives in the waters of Hong Kong, the master of the vessel
shall report that arrival to the vessel traffic centre on the VHF channel
appropriate to the VHF sector in which the vessel is presently located in
those waters, and shall give the time of that arrival and the berth or other
location of the vessel. (L.N. 408 of 1994)
