SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL REGULATIONS - REGULATION 8

Pilot report

When a vessel embarks or disembarks a pilot, as the case may be, the master of
the vessel shall report that embarkation or disembarkation to the
vessel traffic centre on the VHF channel appropriate to the VHF sector in
which the vessel is presently located in the waters of Hong Kong, and shall
give the time of that embarkation or disembarkation and the location of the
vessel in those waters. (L.N. 408 of 1994)
