SHIPPING AND PORT CONTROL REGULATIONS - REGULATION 32A

Tanker arrival notice

(1) The owner, agent or master of a vessel which is a tanker shall, not less
than 24 hours before the intended entry of that vessel into the waters of Hong
Kong, inform the Director to that effect by notification and provide the
information specified in the Seventeenth Schedule.

(2) Any owner, agent or master who without reasonable excuse contravenes this
regulation commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $10000. (L.N. 408 of
