Information regarding dead ships

(1) An owner, agent or master shall give to the Director such information as
the Director may require in respect of a dead ship or a ship which is to
become a dead ship.

(2) The information which the Director may require under paragraph

(1) shall be such as he may reasonably require for the exercise of his powers
in relation to the proper control of dead ships.

(3) Any information required under paragraph (1) which is given over a
telephone or by means of a radio or radiotelephone transmission shall, if so
required by the Director, be given in writing by the owner, agent or master
within 24 hours after such requirement.
