AIR POLLUTION CONTROL (SPECIFIED PROCESSES) (SPECIFICATION OF REQUIRED PARTICULARS AND INFORMATION) ORDER 1994 - SECT 1

Notice of existing premises used for specified processes

The owner of premises used for the conduct of any of the specified processes
listed in Schedule 1 shall give to the Authority a written notice, containing
the particulars and information specified in the form set out in Schedule 2,
of the existence of the premises. (Enacted 1994)
