Regulations 7, 7B, 7C, 7D and 14 shall not apply to- (L.N. 37 of 1995; L.N. 96
of 1998; L.N. 165 of 2005; L.N. 111 of 2006)

   (a)  (Repealed L.N. 121 of 1999)

   (b)  a special purpose vehicle; or

   (c)  any motor vehicle which is incapable by reason of its construction of
        exceeding a speed of 50 kilometres per hour on level ground under its
        own power. (Enacted 1991. Part III heading repealed L.N. 37 of 1995)
