AIR POLLUTION CONTROL (FUEL RESTRICTION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 5
Offence
Any person who contravenes regulation 4(1), (2) or (3) commits an offence and
is liable to a fine not exceeding $20000 and imprisonment for 6 months, and in
addition, to a fine not exceeding $5000 for each day during the whole or any
part of which the offence continues. (Enacted 1990)
