Notice of existing premises used for specified processes
Notice of the existence of premises used for the conduct of any of the
specified processes listed in Schedule 1, containing the particulars and
information specified in the form set out in Schedule 2, shall be given in
writing by the owner of the premises to the Authority, in the manner specified
in that form. (Enacted 1993)
