AIR POLLUTION CONTROL (SPECIFIED PROCESSES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 5
Notice to licence holder
The Authority shall give notice in writing to the licence holder of the
provisions of regulations 4(2), 6, 9 and 10 not earlier than 130 days and not
later than 120 days before the expiry of his licence. (Enacted 1987)
