AIR POLLUTION CONTROL (DUST AND GRIT EMISSION) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4
Duties of occupier
(1) The occupier of the premises upon which a sampling point is installed
shall make provision for safe access to the sampling point and shall maintain
the sampling point in good condition.
(2) If any person fails to comply with paragraph (1), he shall be guilty of an
offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $1000.
