RADIATION (CONTROL OF IRRADIATING APPARATUS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 6
Licence to be exhibited by licensee
(1) Every licensee shall cause to be exhibited in a conspicuous place in any
premises in which any irradiating apparatus is situated the licence
appertaining to such apparatus.
(2) Any licensee who fails to comply with any of the provisions of
subregulation (1) shall be guilty of an offence and be liable on conviction to
a fine of $6000. (L.N. 97 of 1970; L.N. 225 of 1990)
