RADIATION (CONTROL OF IRRADIATING APPARATUS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4
Licence
(1) A licence to manufacture or otherwise produce, or sell or otherwise deal
in, or possess or use any irradiating apparatus shall be in Form 2 of Schedule
1.
(2) No licence shall be transferable. (L.N. 244 of 1974)
