RADIATION (CONTROL OF RADIOACTIVE SUBSTANCES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 5
Licence to be exhibited
(1) A person to whom a licence has been issued or renewed under the Ordinance
shall cause the licence to be exhibited in a conspicuous place in the premises
where the radioactive substance concerned is stored or otherwise dealt with.
(2) Any person who fails to comply with subregulation (1) shall be guilty of
an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $6000. (L.N. 226 of
