HONG KONG TOURIST ASSOCIATION RULES - RULE 2

Application for membership

(1) Application for membership of the Association shall be made on the forms
authorized by the Board.

(2) An application for membership by a recognized travel agent shall be
accompanied by a certificate from an international passenger carrier to the
effect that the applicant is the agent for such carrier. (L.N. 82 of 1983)
