HONG KONG AIRPORT (CONTROL OF OBSTRUCTIONS) (NO. 2) ORDER 1997 - SECT 2

Interpretation

In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires-

"plans approved by the Building Authority" (建築事務監督批准的圖則)
means plans approved under the Buildings Ordinance ( Cap 123) by the Building
Authority as defined in the Buildings Ordinance ( Cap 123) or under the
Buildings  Ordinance 1935 (18 of 1935) and which are available for inspection
by the public at the office of the Buildings Department.
