FINANCIAL SECRETARY INCORPORATED SUSPENSE ACCOUNT - PARAGRAPH

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 68 of 1999 s. 3 Resolution made
and passed by the Legislative Council under Dependent Territories Regulation
228 on 21 July 1971.

RESOLVED that this Council approves the establishment of a suspense
account, to be known as "The Financial Secretary Incorporated Suspense
Account", which shall be employed to enable the Financial Secretary
Incorporated to deal with the regrant or renewal of Government Leases and
manage the properties comprised therein and such account shall not at any time
be in debt to an amount exceeding $20000000.00.
