PROBATION OF OFFENDERS RULES - RULE 41
Medical examinations on discharge
A medical officer shall examine every probationer on the day prior to his
discharge from an approved institution and shall certify as to his state of
mental and physical health and to such other particulars regarding him as may
be necessary.
