PROBATION OF OFFENDERS RULES - RULE 39
Prevention of diseases
Every medical officer shall take such action and employ such treatment as he
may consider necessary or expedient to prevent or mitigate any epidemic or
endemic contagious or infectious disease in any approved institution to which
he is, for the time being, assigned.
