PROBATION OF OFFENDERS RULES - RULE 30

Absence of superintendent for more than 24 hours

If the superintendent is absent from an approved institution for a period of
more than 24 hours he shall, subject to the approval of the Director, nominate
in writing a senior member of the staff thereof who shall, during such period
of absence, carry out the duties of superintendent. (L.N. 42 of 1973)
