Records and returns of stocks

The Director may require a stockholder to-

   (a)  keep such records; and

   (b)  submit to the Director such returns of stock of and transactions in
        the reserved commodity in respect of which he is registered, balance
        sheets, profit and loss accounts and other financial records, as the
        Director may specify.
