DANGEROUS GOODS (SHIPPING) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 10
Manning of tankers
Every type II vessel loading, discharging or having on board any dangerous
goods in category 5, class 1 or 2, shall at all times retain on board not less
than one certificated deck officer and one certificated engineer officer.
