DANGEROUS GOODS (GENERAL) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 85
Offences and penalties
Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of regulation 83 or 84 shall
be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of
$5000 and imprisonment for 2 months.
