DANGEROUS GOODS (GENERAL) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 67

Examination of cylinders containing dissolved gases

(1) No person shall use any cylinder, or cause or permit any cylinder to be
used, to contain any dissolved gas unless such cylinder has been subjected to
internal and external examination within the preceding 12 months by a person
approved by the Authority for that purpose.

(2) The owner of any cylinder used to contain dissolved gas shall keep a
record of each examination to which in accordance with paragraph

(1) such cylinder is subjected together with the name and address of the
person by whom each such examination was conducted.

(3) Upon transfer of ownership of any cylinder to which this regulation
applies, the record of examination, or a copy thereof, to which such cylinder
has been subjected shall be transferred together with the cylinder.
