DANGEROUS GOODS (GENERAL) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 63

Conditions for grant of licence

No licence shall be granted or renewed by the Authority for the storage in
cylinders of any gas unless the Authority is satisfied in relation to the
store that-

   (a)  the site of the store and the plan referred to in regulation 62 have
        been approved by him and the construction of the store conforms with
        the plan; and

   (b)  the store is provided with such fire extinguishing equipment as he may
        require.
