DANGEROUS GOODS (GENERAL) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 61A

Regard to be had of accepted standards

In granting or renewing a licence to manufacture, store or convey any gas, the
Authority may have regard to any relevant standard or code set by the British
Standards Institution or by any other reputable body or organization in
relation to the matters affected by the licence. (L.N. 266 of 1980)
