Removal of explosives for blasting

(1) When removing explosives from a store at a blasting site for the purpose
of blasting-

   (a)  gunpowder shall be placed in a container fitted with a closefitting
        lid and made of rigid, impermeable, non-ferrous material; and

   (b)  detonators and fuses shall not be carried in the same container as
        other explosives.

(2) No explosives shall be removed from any store for blasting except under
the personal supervision of an authorized shot firer.

(3) Any explosive not used or destroyed shall be returned to the store on
completion of the blasting.
