DANGEROUS GOODS (GENERAL) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 42
Packing of blasting explosives
Either the outer or the inner package of any parcel of blasting explosive in
category 1, class 2, 3 or 4, in which ammonium nitrate, sodium nitrate or
sodium chloride is an ingredient shall be waterproof.
