DANGEROUS GOODS (GENERAL) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 36
Supervisors to be employed in danger buildings
While work is being carried on in any danger building there shall be present
on duty in the building at least one supervisor; and if more than 20 persons
are employed at any one time in such building there shall be at least one
supervisor for every 20 persons. (Amended 67 of 1995 s. 91(2))
