DANGEROUS GOODS (GENERAL) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 31A
Licence to manufacture explosives outside factory
(1) Notwithstanding regulations 29 and 30, the Authority may, if he thinks
fit, grant a licence to manufacture a nitrate mixture as defined in category
1, class 2, elsewhere than in a factory. (L.N. 40 of 1973)
(2) A licence granted pursuant to paragraph (1) shall be subject to such
conditions as the Authority thinks fit. (L.N. 104 of 1967)
