Alterations to and maintenance of factory premises, etc. after grant of licence

After the grant or renewal of any licence for the manufacture of explosives-

   (a)  no material alteration shall be made to the factory, its fittings or
        equipment, except with the permission in writing of the Authority; and

   (b)  all parts of the factory, its fittings and equipment, shall be
        maintained in good repair to the satisfaction of the Authority.
