HONG KONG AIRPORT (RESTRICTED AREAS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 14
Permit to be worn on outer clothing

A permit holder shall, when entering, remaining in or departing from a
restricted area-
(a) wear the permit affixed in a prominent position on his outer clothing;
(b) comply with the conditions subject to which the permit is issued;
(c) comply with all reasonable directions given to him by any authorized
person;
(d) if the permit is a temporary permit, carry on his person-
(i) an identity card issued to him under the Registration of
Persons Ordinance ( Cap 177); or
(ii) such valid travel document or other means of identification as
may be approved by the Director.
