HONG KONG AIRPORT (RESTRICTED AREAS) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 11

Action by employer where permit no longer required

The employer of a permit holder shall-

   (a)  if the nature of the employment of the permit holder no longer
        requires that he have access to any restricted area specified in his
        permit; or

   (b)  if the permit holder ceases for any reason to be employed by him,
        without delay-

        (i)    inform the Director accordingly; and

        (ii)   take possession of the permit from the permit holder; and

        (iii)  surrender the permit to the Director.
