Admittance of persons to a market

PART III

CONTROL OVER PERSONS ENTERING MARKET

(1) During the hours when a market is open for the conduct of business, it
shall be open to any person having a bona fide interest in the business of
such market, but the manager may refuse to admit any person and may order any
person to leave a market if he thinks it desirable for the proper conduct of
the market.

(2) During the hours when a market is closed, no person shall enter the market
without the permission of the manager.
