ADOPTION RULES - RULE 18
Conduct of proceedings
Unless the Court is satisfied that the applicant does not desire his identity
to be kept confidential, the proceedings shall be conducted with a view to
securing that he is not seen by or made known to any person
(other than the spouse of the applicant) whose consent to the order is
required.
