TAX RESERVE CERTIFICATES (FOURTH SERIES) RULES - RULE 3
Applications by agents of taxpayers
The Commissioner may accept the application of an agent authorized by the
taxpayer in writing for the issue or redemption of certificates in the name
and on behalf of the taxpayer. (L.N. 556 of 1995)
