MAXIMUM SCALE OF ELECTION EXPENSES (RURAL COMMITTEES) ORDER 1995 - SECT 1
Maximum scale of election expenses VerDate:30/06/1997



For the purposes of section 13(1) of the Ordinance, the maximum scale of 
election expenses which may be incurred by or on behalf of a candidate in 
respect of the election of a Chairman, Vice-chairman or Executive 
Committee member of a Rural Committee is prescribed to be $30000.

Where a person is a candidate for election for more than one office in a 
Rural Committee the total maximum scale of election expenses in respect of 
those offices shall be $30000.
