MAXIMUM SCALE OF ELECTION EXPENSES (MUNICIPAL COUNCILS) ORDER 1994 - SECT 2

Maximum scale of election expenses

For the purposes of section 13(1) of the Ordinance, the maximum scale of
election expenses that may be incurred by or on behalf of a candidate in
respect of election to a geographical constituency of the Urban Council or the
Regional Council shall be $100000. (Enacted 1994. L.N. 666 of 1994)
