This Order shall apply to elections for geographical constituencies of the 
Urban Council and the Regional Council to be held on or after 5 March 1995.

Maximum scale of election expenses VerDate:30/06/1997



For the purposes of section 13(1) of the Ordinance, the maximum scale of 
election expenses that may be incurred by or on behalf of a candidate in 
respect of election to a geographical constituency of the Urban Council or 
the Regional Council shall be $100000.
