MAXIMUM SCALE OF ELECTION EXPENSES (DISTRICT BOARDS) ORDER 1994 - SECT 2

Maximum scale of election expenses

For the purposes of section 13(1) of the Ordinance, the maximum scale of
election expenses which may be incurred by or on behalf of a candidate in
respect of-

   (a)  the ordinary election of persons to act as elected members of the
        District Boards established under the Specification; or

   (b)  any by-election to fill a vacancy in the office of an elected member
        of any District Board so established, is prescribed to be $45000.
