MAXIMUM SCALE OF ELECTION EXPENSES (DISTRICT BOARDS) ORDER 1994 - SECT 1

Interpretation

In this Order-

"by-election" (補選) and "ordinary election" (一般選舉) have the
meanings assigned to them in the Electoral Provisions Ordinance ( Cap 367);

"relevant date" (有關日期) means the date of the coming into operation of
the  Specification;

"the Specification" (指明) means the District Boards (Date of Establishment)
Specification 1994 ( Cap 366 sub. leg.). (Enacted 1994)
