HOUSING (TENANCY APPEALS) RULES - SECT 9
Determination to be by majority of votes
(1) Subject to subsection (2), every question or matter for decision or
determination by the tribunal shall be determined by a majority of the votes
of those hearing the appeal.
(2) In the event of any equality of votes, the chairman shall have a casting
vote. (Enacted 1995)
