HOUSING (TENANCY APPEALS) RULES - SECT 8
Maintenance of order
The chairman may require any person who wilfully disrupts or obstructs the
proceedings of the tribunal or otherwise misbehaves during a hearing to leave
and may, if he does not comply with the requirement, order his removal.
