HOUSING (TENANCY APPEALS) RULES - SECT 4

Abandonment of appeal

(1) An appellant may abandon all or any of his grounds of appeal before or
during the hearing of an appeal.

(2) Where an appellant decides to abandon any ground of appeal before the
hearing of the appeal, he shall give notice thereof in writing to the
secretary. (Enacted 1995)
