Road barriers at restricted roads

The Authority may, for the purpose of restricting the entry of vehicles to a
restricted road under section 25A(2) of the Ordinance, erect, with the
approval of the Commissioner for Transport and the Director of Highways, at
every point of entry to the restricted road a barrier across the road or other
suitable device of such type as the Authority thinks fit. (L.N. 76 of 1982;
