HOUSING (TRAFFIC) BY-LAWS - BYLAW 32A

False statements

Any person who knowingly makes a statement which is false or misleading as to
a material particular-

   (a)  in furnishing any information under by-law 8(5A) or 26(4A); or

   (b)  in giving his name and address under by-law 8(5B), 26(5) or 27(3A),
        commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $2000. (L.N. 418 of
        1984)
