HOUSING (TRAFFIC) BY-LAWS - BYLAW 32
Offence to interfere with signs or road markings
(1) No person without the consent of the Authority shall-
(a) move, damage, or interfere in any way with, any sign erected under
these by-laws; or
(b) obscure, deface, alter or obliterate any road marking placed by the
Authority on or in a restricted road or car park.
(2) Any person who contravenes this by-law commits an offence and is liable to
a fine of $2000. (L.N. 418 of 1984)
