Impounding, removal and storage of vehicles

PART IV

IMPOUNDING, REMOVAL AND STORAGE OF VEHICLES

(1) The Authority or an authorized officer may, for the purposes of section
25B of the Ordinance, impound or remove a vehicle in such manner as the
Authority or the authorized officer thinks fit.

(2) A vehicle that is removed under section 25B of the Ordinance may be stored
in such place as may be provided by the Authority for that purpose.
