HOUSING (TRAFFIC) BY-LAWS - BYLAW 23

Register to be kept

(1) An attendant or authorized officer shall maintain at every car park a
register in a form specified by the Authority in which he shall record- (L.N.
418 of 1984)

   (a)  the registration mark of every vehicle which enters the car park;

   (b)  the time of such entry; and

   (c)  such other particulars as the Authority may specify, and at the end of
        his shift of duty shall sign and date any such record made in the
        register.

(2) A register maintained under paragraph (1) shall be retained for not less
than 2 months after the date of the last record made in the register.
