MERCHANT SHIPPING (FEES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 5A
Fees for sending documents by telegram, telex or post
Where in connection with any service specified in Part II of the Schedule or
the issue of a certificate specified in Part II of the Schedule it is, in the
opinion of the Director, necessary to incur expense to transmit information,
plans, calculations or other documents to places outside Hong Kong by
telegram, telex or post there shall be payable in addition to the fee
specified in Part II of the Schedule the expense involved. (L.N. 352 of 1983)
