MERCHANT SHIPPING (FEES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 11

Fees payable in advance

Every fee shall be paid at the Marine Department in advance of the service in
respect of which such fee is payable: Provided that the Director may in his
discretion in any particular case permit any fee to be paid, in whole or in
part, in arrear, and subject to such conditions as to security or time for
payment as he may think fit.
